Starting a Business with No Money: Skills for Young Entrepreneurs

This interactive session introduces pupils to the fundamentals of starting a business without the need for upfront capital. It challenges common assumptions about money being a barrier and instead focuses on creativity, initiative, and using existing skills to create opportunities.
The session brings enterprise to life through practical examples and encourages pupils to think about how their own strengths and interests could be developed into something real.

      Young People can:

Identify business ideas based on their skills, interests, and everyday experiences
Explore ways to start a business using free tools, platforms, and resources
Learn how to take action and test ideas without waiting for the perfect time
Understand the basic steps involved in launching and growing a simple business

Our sessions offer opportunities to develop skills for learning, life and work, including confidence, creativity, problem-solving, and initiative. Activities are designed to be engaging, accessible, and relevant to a wide range of learners.

Sessions can be adapted to suit different age groups, abilities, and areas of interest. We can work with small or larger groups and tailor delivery to meet the needs of your pupils.
