Job purpose: Partnering with Babington, Maryhill Housing offers a 12–18 month Modern Apprenticeship as a Customer Advisor based in north west Glasgow. Join a charity-driven team managing over 3,000 homes and helping the Maryhill community thrive. As a Customer Advisor Modern Apprentice, no two days are the same! You’ll be at the heart of the organisation, helping deliver excellent customer service to tenants and residents across Maryhill and Ruchill. Answering enquiries – by phone, email, and in person at the reception desk Booking repairs – logging maintenance requests and following up with contractors Updating tenant records – using our housing management systems Helping with housing applications – guiding customers through the process Supporting rent and account queries – directing calls or helping resolve issues Taking part in community events or projects – getting involved in the wider Maryhill mission Working with multiple teams – including housing officers, repairs, and support staff Learning on the job – shadowing experienced colleagues while completing your Babington coursework.
