Conflict Management + Emergency First Aid at Work This two-day course is designed for those who operate in the working environment where customers are present. Part of the course consists of how to work safely in any environment where customers are present and it could result in emergency situations. Tutor support is available through discussion and interaction throughout training. On successful completion of this course you will achieve certification for Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work, and Level 2 Conflict Management. There are 2 online examinations for this course, and Highfield are the awarding body for the Conflict Management certificate, and REHIS are the awarding body for Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
