Description
The motivation behind the LifeSkills programme created with Barclays is to inspire millions of young people and equip them with the key skills to move forward into the 21st century workplace.
The programme focuses on three core modules; work skills, people skills and money skills, teaching skills such as CV writing, interview skills, networking, problem solving, creativity, resilience, communication and managing online reputation. More than 5.5 million young people have already participated in the programme.
Select here from more than 60 hours of free curriculum linked employability resources, through videos, quick fire activities, interactive tools and our coordinator will work quickly with you to finalise a lesson plan which meets the needs of your young people and timetable, initially in the month of May. We have some flexibility with dates and times and you can contact joanna.robertson@bitc.org.uk directly to arrange. Once dates have been agreed, our professionally trained facilitators will deliver the workshop(s), with support from a Barclays volunteer.
