Games Design 3 – Final Frontier
Provided by Skills Development Scotland
Building on skills used in previous Games Design sessions, this provides an insight to Scotland's space industry whilst learning about the problem of space junk.
This will help young people continue to expand on the game design skills they have already learned and create a space themed game where they will look at targeting the issue of space junk and what is being done to address this. As well as building on their knowledge of skills needed in digital careers, this will help them understand how the space industry is growing and the careers available within this.
Suitable for pupils in P7-S3. Note: Pupils should already have completed Game Design and Game Design 2. This session can be delivered virtually on in person in the classroom.
