Financial Education across the Curriculum - Secondary Sector
Young Enterprise Scotland aims to equip all young people with the skills to thrive in life, learning and work. This course is aimed at all practitioners within Secondary school who wish to develop their confidence in delivering high quality financial education learning experiences. This course will be tailored to meet the needs of the different sectors and will include:
· What financial education is
· How it can be embedded successfully across the curriculum
· Why it is essential to improve financial capability and financial wellbeing
· What are the tools and resources available to practitioners to support learning?
As an outcome of this session practitioners will be equipped with an increased understanding of the need for financial education across all sectors and the skills to embed it successfully into their practice.
