The course covers the following key areas:

Essential Tools and Machinery: Learn to use the core tools and equipment necessary for jewellery making.

Piercing (Cutting) Metal: Gain skills in cutting shapes from metal, a fundamental technique in jewellery design.

Forming and Soldering: Understand how to form metal into shapes and learn soldering techniques, including working with different types of solder and their uses.

After learning the basics, you will apply your new skills to create a unique piece of jewellery. Copper and brass materials are provided, but if you wish to work with silver you are welcome to bring your own to incorporate into your project.
