Entry requirements
Must have an existing blue CPCS card and be ready for a 15 minute refresher test here at the centre. Must be over 16 years old and have current photographic ID on test day. Waiver Forms are available if no photo ID is available. We need their NOCN40******** number from the front of their old card to book.
