Secondary school teachers

Help your pupils prepare for their future career by using My World of Work.

Our tools help pupils understand more about themselves, their strengths and their future goals – which gives valuable insight when developing their personal profiles.

And we have a range of career education resources to help you use the site in the classroom and bring the world of work to life, no matter what stage your pupils are at.

The resources:

  • Support delivery of the Entitlements and ‘I can’ statements defined by the Career Education Standard
  • Support embedding skills and profiling across the curriculum
  • Introduce Career Management Skills and meta-skills
  • Help when preparing reports for How Good is Our School reviews

We've created resources to show the links between How Good is Our School 4 and the delivery of career education using My World of Work.

If you'd like more information or support with these resources, please contact our Education Team by emailing education@sds.co.uk.
