Note: This course is available online or 1-2-1 Length: Varied, SQA Code: H8PM 04, SCQF Points: 7 This unit is designed to develop the candidate's understanding of the basic marketing theory such as market segmentation, how to assess market opportunities for new products and/or services, marketing strategy development and how to evaluate the effectiveness of a marketing strategy. This is a theory unit and there are quizzes included in our eLearning portal to help you gather your answers as evidence. Just follow the links for each outcome and work through the material until you get to a quiz, save them and either upload them here or give them to your assessor. The final scenario lets you put your new marketing skills to use right away by developing your own marketing strategy! There is tutor support available for online learners who wish to seek further assistance with the course. Tutors are available through the learning portal and can also be contacted directly to assist and give feedback to learners against SQA criteria.
