Note: This course is available online or 1-2-1 Length: Varied, SQA Code: H3BL 04, SCQF Credit Points: 6 How much IT knowledge do you need to be successful in the role you have? As an IT Professional, it’s important that you know how the system you’re using came to exist. This course will help you understand how systems are developed, who is involved in the process and which development methods work best in varying scenarios. The learner will: * Understand ICT Systems and the roles of personnel, * Understand the Systems Development Life Cycle models, * Understand Systems Development Processes. There is tutor support available for online learners who wish to seek further assistance with the course. Tutors are available through the learning portal and can also be contacted directly to assist and give feedback to learners against SQA criteria.
