LANTRA Certificate Target audience: Managers, supervisors and operatives working at heights Course content: • What can go wrong while working at heights • General requirements of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 • Regulations and guidance relating to working at heights • Means of access: • Ladders, stepladders and trestles • General access scaffolds • Scaffold towers • Suspended cradles • Mast-elevated work platforms • Power-operated work platforms • Personal suspension of equipment • Risk assessments/work planning/safe systems of work • Personal action plan and course summary Appropriate clothing must be worn as you will be taking part in practical demonstrations.
