Course description

This HND course aims to give you the essential administration, IT & digital skills required for employment in today’s office environment.
You will get ‘hands on experience of using a variety of Microsoft packages including word spreadsheets, databases and presentation software.  There is an emphasis throughout the course on digital skills, digital literacy and customer care.

Year 1 One Higher at Grade C or above in a relevant* subject and communications at level 5 OR An appropriate NQ/NC in Administration/ Business at level 6 (including Communications at level 5 or above) Applicants without formal qualifications, but who have relevant work experience, are encouraged to apply * Relevant subjects include English, Administration, Business Management, Advanced ESOL Year 2 HNC Administration (15 credits)
