Course description
Upon successful completion of end tests, including a CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test, delegates are awarded a CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) Trained Operator Card (Red), valid for 2 years. The objectives of the course are to enable delegates to: - Gain a practical understanding of safe and appropriate techniques whilst in charge of lifting operations. - Plan, supervise, co-ordinate and control all types of lifting operations. - Have an understanding of responsibilities under current relevant Course Summary H.S.W.A.
