This online CPD accredited course is aimed at learners who need to improve their basic digital skills for work. Entry requirements

You’ll need to have some basic Internet skills, ie be able to search for a website and send email. You'll need a Windows PC or Chromebook, with a reliable broadband connection. We recommend using a mouse during the course, if you do not have one then we can send you one to use at no additional cost. The free online versions of Microsoft Excel and Word are used during the course - you'll need to have a Microsoft Account and be able to login to www.outlook.com (ie have an email address ending with @outlook.com , @hotmail.com or @hotmail.co.uk). If you don't have a Microsoft Account we can help you create one. The course has a flexible start date - you can join the course at any time. Please also note that EC-PC is not VAT registered - the total cost of the course is £200.
