This diploma is for anyone who wants to pursue a career as a Legal Secretary or Legal Administrator. This particular Legal Secretary Diploma deal with Scots Law and will give you a well-rounded skillset. With this extensive diploma you will study eleven core courses and then also choose one additional elective course of your own preference. Core Courses Legal Secretary - Scots Law This course will take around 25 hours to study and you’ll learn the practices and procedures for various legal specialisms such as Conveyancing, Criminal Law and Family Law. Through a series of self-paced lessons you’ll look at the different documentation and terminology used in each of the key legal areas. Working in the Legal Environment This course enables the learner to develop the knowledge and skills to understand and operate in different organisational structures and be aware of how relevant legislation, regulations and procedures apply to the legal and business environments.
