The course includes Dermaplaning, Microneedling and chemical peels. Peels Course Content- Course covers anatomy and physiology, history and benefits of skin peels, Varying strengths and client suitability, products used will be up to maximum of 50% strength, product recommendations, homecare and aftercare. Microneedling Course Content- 2017 has seen a high demand for clinical facial treatments delivering high end results. Give your clients the latest in advanced skin treatments with microneedling. You can charge from £125-200 per treatment. This comprehensive course covers skin anatomy and physiology, contraindications, history and benefits of microneedling, health and safety, infection control, treatable skin conditions, product and ingredient recommendations, skin healing stages, methods of microneedling, homecare and aftercare. Dermaplaning Course Content- This comprehensive diploma course will show candidates how to safely and skilfully use a surgical blade to exfoliate the skin, minimize imperfections, remove fine vellus hairs and increase product penetration. The controlled removal of stratum corneum skin cells using a surgical blade can dramatically improve skincare results and is a great addition to any treatment menu. There is currently a huge demand for dermaplaning and it’s fast becoming a more cost effective and safer alternative to microdermabrasion. This treatment has huge profit margins as it is extremely low cost to carry out and you can charge up to £100 per treatment. The course includes a kit with enough scalpel blades to carry out 50 treatments!! Candidates will carry out 6 case studies in total to ensure a high level of competency in the treatment. **Candidates receive a Diploma Certificate in each subject. The course is fully accredited by Associated Beauty Therapists & Hamilton Fraser and insurable on completion so candidates can work professionally straight away.
