Course description

Do you want to work in construction? Do you want to be a labourer and earn a good income? Then you would benefit from achieving your CSCS card and we can help you get it. Our CSCS course is designed for learners wishing to qualify for the Construction Skills Certification Scheme green card to access construction sites as a labourer/non-skilled worker. Undertaking this one day course and its assessment will give you an opportunity to develop or extend your knowledge and understanding of the health and safety requirements of the construction industry. At the end of training the learner will be assessed using a multiple-choice online question paper with clear performance levels listed for each outcome. On successful completion of this course the learner will achieve an SQA level 4 award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment, demonstrating your knowledge in this area. We do all the organising for you. Additional revision materials are given to help you prepare for the CSCS test which we book for you. Once you have successfully passed both your SQA assessment and CSCS test we will apply for your green CSCS labourer’s card. It’s as easy as that. The CSCS card is the passport you are likely to need to work on any building site and is often a pre-requisite for construction employers. We have qualified and experienced staff members who will help you get the CSCS card. We deliver training in most areas of Scotland.
