My DNA is an engaging tool which helps you to build up a rich picture of your profile in My World of Work.
For each question you will be presented with a range of pictures. Have a good look at all of the pictures available and choose the ones that best answer the questions for you. For useful results just go with what feels right. How you feel about yourself at the time you use the tool may have a bearing on the results. So, if you're feeling a bit downbeat, that could influence the summary and it might be best to review the quiz results later.
Just before the end of the quiz you’ll be asked your age and gender.
When you’re finished you’ll get a personality summary, which provides some suggestions on the type of person you are, based on your answers.
You’ll also see information on your core skills, and possible areas of development, followed by a more detailed assessment.
The My DNA tool is just a starting point for thinking about where your potential lies. As you’ll see from the results, its focus is on personality and the types of environments that would suit you more.
